My cat Skeeter LOVES his pet strollers from Pawbella. We have both the Essential and the Ultimate and they're both great quality. We also use cat backpacks but it seems like Skeeter prefers the strollers and we find ourselves using them the most.

I cycle every week with my pup . She is 4,5 kg minpin. She spend 2,5 hour in total in this backpack. She is comfortable there, enough space for her to lay down and have a nap..
She is very excited to get in when she realize we are going for a ride.
