My bag arrived today and I am delighted with it - exactly what I needed and of very high quality. The fact it was hand delivered by your Mum, who had driven a long way to get it to me, was a huge and a lovely surprise. Apparently the original order is still lost in transit but you and your Mum didn’t want me to wait any longer. This is amazingly kind of you both. I am overwhelmed and can’t thank you enough. My cat Skeeter LOVES his pet strollers from Pawbella. We have both the Essential and the Ultimate and they're both great quality. We also use cat backpacks but it seems like Skeeter prefers the strollers and we find ourselves using them the most.

Love love LOVE!! Worth every cent! My boy max (9months old) absolutely loves it!! He loves it that much he will sit in it just to be pushed around the house.

I cycle every week with my pup . She is 4,5 kg minpin. She spend 2,5 hour in total in this backpack. She is comfortable there, enough space for her to lay down and have a nap..
She is very excited to get in when she realize we are going for a ride.
This back pack is comfortable for me also. I don’t really notice the weight. So my pup and I can enjoy our adventure.
